Filinvest Alabang, Inc. (FAI) – is the commercial property subsidiary of Filinvest Development Corporation spearheading the development of Filinvest Corporate City, a 244-hectare satellite city in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.  FAI is the project manager responsible for implementing the shared development concept for 2301 Civic Place.

THE DESIGN AND DESIGN CONSULTANT

The architectural personality of 2301 Civic Place is characterized by modern utilitarian appearance projecting a corporate look combined with an atmosphere of stability.  

The spaces are efficiently planned with convenience of the users in mind.  Two lifts are provided to shuttle the users.  The corridors of each floor are designed to allow natural lighting and air ventilation to flow in.  Safety of the users has been given high priority with the provision of two exit stairs at strategic locations in the building.  

2301 Civic Place is designed by Villarosa and Associates.  Among the projects that this architectural firm has done were: Tektite Towers Building in Pasig City, Shangri-La’s EDSA Plaza Hotel in Mandaluyong, Urbanbank Plaza in Makati and Sulo Hotel in Quezon City.
